Door Handle Gaskets for
1995-97 XJ6 (X300) &
1998-03 XJ8 (X308)

Jaguar does not supply the door handle-to-body gaskets for the X300 and X308 cars as separate parts. These gaskets are only available as part of the very expensive door handles themselves. Coventry West is now stocking quality aftermarket door handle gaskets for these vehicles. The gaskets are supplied as a set of two (one RH gasket and one LH gasket) which will fit either the front or rear handles. Price: $79.95 per pair.

Aluminum Thermostat Housing and Cover Kit
for Jaguar V8 Engines

As many have learned the hard way, Jaguar V8 engines feature plastic thermostat housings and covers and it is not uncommon for them to crack and/or for the hose nipples to break off. Coventry West is now stocking a high quality duplicate of these parts cast in much more durable aluminum. Unlike the stock plastic pieces, these aluminum parts should last the life of the car.

This AJ8-2217/KIT consist of the thermostat housing, the thermostat cover, and the housing cap (i.e. the three pieces shown above) as well as the two seals needed
(cover to housing and housing to engine seals).

The best part is that these duplicate aluminum parts are actually cheaper than the plastic OE Jaguar units! Your cost for the complete thermostat housing kit detailed above is only $95.00. These kits are in stock for immediate shipment.

Front Shock Mount Bushing Kit
for 1998-2003 XJ8

Here's another new product we're excited about. On the 1998-2003 XJ8, Jaguar supplies the front upper shock bushings only as part of the shock upper mounting plate at $327.00 PER SIDE!!! Coventry West is now stocking a kit consisting of just the bushings, which will save XJ8 owners an enormous amount of money.

Each kit provides the bushings for both upper front shock mounts for one car and is supplied with illustrated instructions. Please note that a press is needed to properly install the new bushings into the mounting plates. Your cost is $99.00 for the kit.

Remanufactured Blower Motors
for Jaguar XJ-S and XJ40

Due to the high cost of these blower motors, as well as the fact that several of the part numbers are “No Longer Available”, Coventry West is now remanufacturing Jaguar XJ40 and XJ-S blower motors. These units are remanufactured in-house and feature:

● Brand-new more powerful motors assemblies
● New more efficient squirrel-cage blower fans
● All new foam padding of more durable material
● New internal relays
● A twelve-month unlimited mileage warranty

Blower cores are disassembled and the original motors are replaced with a new motor assembly, a new high-efficiency aluminum cage fan is installed (replacing the original plastic fan), all deteriorated internal foam is replaced, all relays are replaced with new parts, vacuum actuators are checked, and circuit boards and electronics are fully tested. Upon completion, the remanufactured blower is bench-tested for all functions.

Please note that Coventry West remanufactured blower motor assemblies are sold on an exchange basis, and a complete, undamaged, matching core is required to receive a rebate of the core charge assessed.

The bottom line is that CW-remanufactured Jaguar blowers are BETTER than new and are they’re LESS EXPENSIVE than new Jaguar units, if available.
