How to Order
To place an order with us, choose one of the following options:

from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
You may also email
us. Please note that we may not be able to respond to
your email as quickly as we would like. We are in the process
of upgrading in order to handle email requests more promptly.
If at all possible, please call us rather than emailing.

It is best to call first for shipping costs.
Shipping Information
Coventry West ships worldwide via UPS, FedEx, DHL,
Truck, Air Freight, and Sea Freight. Most orders can be shipped
same day if placed by 4:00 PM ET and if the items you order
are in stock. Orders are shipped via ground freight unless
another method is specified at time of order.
If your order is damaged when it arrives, please notify
the freight carrier immediately. If items are missing from
your order, please notify your salesperson within 10 days
of receipt.
Methods of Payment
Coventry West accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express,
Postal Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Coventry West does
not offer COD shipment. Personal checks are accepted for pre-paid
orders only, but orders will be held 10 working days to allow
the check to clear.

Return Policy
All Returned Parts must have a Return Authorization Number
(RA #) clearly marked on the outside of the box. Obtain
this Return Authorization Number from your salesperson before
returning any parts to us. You must include the Return Authorization
Number with the returned part in order to receive proper credit
for the returned merchandise.
Returned Parts may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Unauthorized returns (i.e. returns not having an RA#) will
be refused.
We will not accept any returns after thirty (30) days from
date of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Should your order
arrive damaged or with parts broken or missing, first contact
the shipping company and then contact your salesperson so
that we can help correct the problem.
The following parts are Not Returnable:
Used Parts. All used part sales are final.
Electrical Parts.
Special Order Parts.
Any Parts which have been installed, marked, plugged-in, etc.
Workshop Manuals.
Core Returns
Cores for rebuilt parts must be returned in original boxes.
All cores must be complete, drained, fully assembled, and
without damage to receive full core credit. Adjustments will
be made for cores that are incomplete, incorrect, damaged,
or in non-repairable condition. Orders which include a core
charge will have an RA # included in the enclosed paperwork.
Please allow thirty (30)days from the date we receive
your core to process your credit.
Warranties
All parts sold by Coventry West are warranted against defects
in material and workmanship either by the original manufacturer
or by Coventry West, Inc. for the specified term. This warranty
does not cover installation or consequential labor, failure
resulting from improper installation, failure of a related
component, or failure resulting from abuse or commercial or
racing usage. The liability of Coventry West, Inc. is limited
to the cost of the original component.
We reserve the right to replace or repair defective merchandise,
or refund the purchase price, at our discretion
The words "Jaguar" and "Land Rover" and
the use of OE part numbers are for descriptive and reference
purposes only. Coventry West, Inc. is not affiliated with
the manufacturers, importers, or distributors of Jaguar or
Land Rover automobiles. New parts sold by Coventry West, Inc.
may be of OE, OEM, or aftermarket manufacture. Prices subject
to change without notice.
