What parts are eligible for returns/refund?
Only new parts are eligible for return. All parts must be returned in their original packaging and must be returned to Coventry West within 30 days of the original invoice date. Parts that are NOT eligible for return include the following:
What do I do if I need to return a part?
If you ordered the part over the phone, please call your salesman so that he can provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you ordered the part via our online store, please click HERE. The Return Authorization Number is very important. That number tells us exactly what is in the package and which customer account it applies to. Due to the large quantity of packages we receive on a daily basis, having that information is a very important part of expediting the returns process. If the RA# is not clearly marked on your package, your credit will be delayed or refused.
How long does the credit process take?
Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the date we receive your return to process your credit. Parts returned without the RA# clearly marked on the package will take substantially longer.
